Unfortunately, pre-mixed Hangsen e-juice will no longer be sold in the U.S. due to the Pre Market Tobacco Authorization (PMTA) requirements from the FDA starting on September 9th, 2020.
The PMTA costs for each flavor can exceed one million dollars - as such, Hangsen has chosen to not offer pre-mixed e-juice in the United States
WHAT THIS MEANS TO YOU: We will be exhausting our existing inventory over the coming weeks and will be unable to order more pre-mixed Hangsen e-juice. As such, you will want to order your favorite flavors NOW before we run out! We just got a large final order in this week.
HOW DO YOU KEEP RECEIVING YOUR FAVORITE HANGSEN FLAVORS? This is the GOOD NEWS! We can still receive shipments of flavoring and can provide you with the PG/VG with nicotine mixture for you to add it yourself. This means we will sell the raw flavor along with a bottle of mixing juice and an empty unicorn bottle to mix it in. This is a *VERY* easy thing to do and as a plus, it will allow you the customer to increase or decrease the amount of flavoring as you see fit! Additionally, you will be able to easily tailor your nicotine levels and mix flavors without any trouble. While it may be slightly more of a process, it will also offer you a number of additional benefits which we think will actually be better than pre-mixed offerings.

Unfortunately, after the PMTA goes into effect, we will not be able to advertise or encourage our customers to mix the Hangsen flavoring with raw PG/VG/Nicotine base so from now until September 9th, we will be going all-out to help educate and assist our customers on how to do this!
