View this email in your browser C.Gars Ltd Spirited News! 1. Bunnahabhain Stiuireadair Stiùireadair, pronounced 'stew-rahdur' means 'helmsman' in Scots Gaelic. This is the latest addition to the distilleries range and the first Limited Edition to pay homage to the Bunnahabhain Helmsman, who adorns every bottle. This tasty whisky was created using first and second fill sherry casks. 2. Bruichladdich Octomore 10.4 Distilled from Scottish barley in 2016, this three year old Octomore 10.4 is the youngest ever released. Full of depth and character this whisky was aged in Virgin Oak casks, with only 12,000 bottles being released. 3. Kilchoman Bourbon 2007 Private Cask Bottling This outstanding single cask bottling from Kilchoman was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2019. For this 12 year old release, the distillery used the cask number 37, making this whisky highly collectable and limited, as it's from their earliest batches since they only opened their door in 2005.   4. Stalla Dhu Cask Strength Caol Ila 11 Year Old This beautiful limited-edition bottling from the Islay distillery, Caol Ila, has been bottled at the cask strength of 60.4% abv and aged during 11 years in a Hogshead cask. Limited to a total production of 287 bottles. 5. Bruichladdich 32 Year Old 1984 All In This dram comes from the very last 12 casks of the 1984 legacy distillation.  Limited to 3,000 bottles, the 1984 is bottled without chill filtration or artificial colouring at the natural strength of 43.7% alc. vol. 6. Laphroaig 10 year old Cask Strength 2019 This Cask Strength release is barrier-filtered only (the usage of a physical barrier, like a sieve with holes of a certain size), removing just the small char particles present in the spirit, without altering the flavour profile. Laphroaig in its purest form! 7. Bruichladdich Scottish Barley Classic Laddie The foundation for the Classic Laddie is not a recipe set in stone, but a distilling philosophy. The distillers at Bruichladdich have no interest in consistency or uniformity, instead – year by year – the variety and provenance of their barley is what shapes their spirit. 8. Lagavulin 16 year old This highly acclaimed 16 year old is a staple for any Islay whisky lover. Intense peat-smoke, rich and dry flavour profile with tick consistency, this bottling of Lagavulin won several gold awards along the years. 9. Stalla Dhu Islay Winner of multiple awards at various International whisky and spirits competitions across 2017, 2018 and 2019. This is a delicious small batch single malt whisky from a secretly located Islay distillery. 10. Bowmore 15 year old with Decanter Gift Set Matured first in bourbon barrels then in Oloroso casks for a minimum of 15 years, this whisky combines perfectly the peatiness, coastal notes and the sweet, indulging aromas of sherry.
