As a lot of you have probably noticed, we've had to come away from our trusted payment merchant and can no longer accept card payments. According to them, this is an industry wide change they're making and will no longer be providing card payment options to anyone selling CBD products. This is a shame and it seems every payment merchant is moving in the same direction. Now we're back to accepting direct bank transfer only. We understand this is not an option for some of you and we'd like to apologies for this but it's genuinely out of our control. All CBD stores will soon be moving in this direction, it's just we decided to part ways before the deadline they gave us so we could maintain our account with them rather than end on bad terms. For this inconvenience, the website now has a popup with a brief explanation of the situation with the discount code THANKYOU giving everyone 10% off and that code will remain live for a while. For you guys however, our awesome customers, we're giving 15% off all weekend until Sunday at 23:59 with code 15PURELY. I hope this helps you guys out. Please note that bank transfer means we can only take payments if you have access to online banking and you manually transfer your total to us with the bank details provided when you complete your order. Some of our older customers were having difficulties and believed that we could take payment direct from you bank. This is not possible. Once you complete your order, you're emailed with our bank details and are required to manually send us your total. A real pain, I know but unfortunately it's the only way we can accept payments for the time being, we hope you understand. We would just politely ask that if you do not have access to online banking or aren't able / willing to manually transfer your total to us in this method that you do not complete any order with us. We receive every order that's submitted and we don't yet have in place the ability to match our site to our bank to search for payments so we have to manually look ourselves and if you do not pay, we have to keep looking for something that never arrives and with hundreds of orders, you can imagine its pretty tough so thank you very much for your patience and understanding in this matter. Shipping times etc won't change. If your order and payment are received before 2pm weekdays, your order will be dispatched the same day. Lastly, I (Aiden) am now away on a weeks vacation with my daughter who's mental health has been quite poor recently so I won't be able to provide the customer service you guys all know and love. Normally, I take you guys away with me as a lot of you know and I still will, I'd just like to see to it my daughter has more attention this week while she is off school, that's all. Customer service is still available through the contact us section of the website but may take longer than you're used to and will be provided by either Melissa or Kyle. If you have any issues with the customer service or wish to speak with me only please request that it's brought to my attention and I personally will get back to you as soon as I can. You've no need to contact us to let us know you have made a payment as we check for you when your order arrives and also there's the FAQ section of the website with over 30 most commonly asked questions, answered in detail for you if you have any other issues or questions.
