I find 1 gummy I'm completely in control and functional, just more relaxed (physically and mentally) but wouldn't even call it "high". You just feel a bit calmer and more interested, take your time with things. 2-3 gummies is where you're going to start to feel altered. Heavy body, increased appetite, a little auditory and visual changes, more deep thought (typical cannabis side effects) BUT the difference between this and Delta 9 for me is I never felt overwhelmed/anxious, it feels mentally clearer. 3 is where I'd say you start to see a more "stoned" effect and might cause some slight anxiety for some, but again so much clearer/easier to control than Delta 9.
