| All good things must come to an end. We're discontinuing our loyalty program on November 15. Hey there, We know that shopping for CBD can feel stressful, overwhelming, and pricey at times. We've taken strides to make this process as easy and rewarding as possible, which led to the introduction of our loyalty and referral program earlier this year. However, we've unfortunately received numerous reports of technical difficulties with this program over the past several months. Customers have reported being unable to properly apply their earned rewards to the products of their choosing during sales or in conjunction with sitewide discounts. Due to these ongoing technical difficulties, we've made the decision to officially discontinue our loyalty and referral program on November 15. You still have until this date to redeem any loyalty points you have accrued and earn your rewards. After November 15, customers will no longer be able to earn or redeem loyalty points. However, any referral discounts that you've sent to others or earned for yourself will still be accepted.
